About the role

In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in our sales funnel, wielding your expertise to:

• Research & Identify: Generate leads for potential customers with laser focus.

• Multi-Channel Outreach: Master the art of 100-120 cold calls and cold emails.

• Lead Nurturing: Spark interest and build trust through enchanting interactions.

• Lead Qualification: Ensure leads are a perfect match for our solutions.

• Understand Needs: Become a trusted advisor by uncovering their challenges.

• Gauge Sales Readiness: Assess their fit and interest in exploring further.

• Build Relationships: Establish rapport, focusing on their specific needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years experience in sales

• Proven success in lead generation, with a strong track record of identifying and qualifying leads.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
