Your Quest:

2. Data Management:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.

   • Regularly clean and validate data to ensure data integrity and reliability.

3. Campaign Execution:

   • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns using HighLevel features.

   • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

4. Training and Development:

   • Participate in training programs to become proficient in HighLevel CRM functionalities.

   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CRM and marketing technology.

5. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of CRM processes

6. Integration Expertise:

   • Develop and maintain integrations between HighLevel and various platforms including but not limited to Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), email marketing tools, and other third-party services to enhance marketing automation efforts

7. Manage SMS and email marketing campaigns within HighLevel

Your Toolkit:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Prior experience with basic CRM concepts is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.

• Basic understanding of CRM systems and their role in marketing operations.

• Familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
