About the role :
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive efficiency and success within digital marketing campaigns. You will coordinate and manage daily team tasks, ensuring seamless execution of projects using Agile methodology. Responsibilities include:

  • Agile Project Management Specialist: Implement and oversee Agile methodologies with biweekly sprints, keeping projects on track and optimizing workflow.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with agency teams, including creative, technology, and growth teams, to ensure seamless project completion.

  • Sprint Management & Reporting: Run daily stand-ups and biweekly sprint plans, providing regular progress updates and reports on task completion.

  • Resource Allocation & Task Assignment: Identify and allocate resources effectively, ensuring tasks are assigned appropriately to project team members.

  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

  • Client Deliverables Oversight: Work with the Campaign Manager to define client deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor project progress against milestones, ensuring time tracking is up to date and following up with team members as needed.

  • Industry Best Practices Integration: Stay updated on the latest industry trends to improve project efficiency and execution strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 2+ years experience in Agile Project Management.

  • Strong background in marketing agencies and project coordination.

  • Exceptional communication and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools like Productive.io and communication platforms like Slack.

  • Competitive Basic Salary:

    You will receive a competitive basic salary, tailored to your unique experience and expertise, with the potential to reach up to 100k.

  • Client Assignment Bonus:

    Earn a client assignment bonus of 15k once you are successfully onboarded with a client.

  • Client Retention Bonus:
