About the role:

In this pivotal role, you'll become a maestro of online marketing and managing social media platforms, wielding your expertise to:

• CRM Specialist: Utilize customer relationship management software (Go High Level, Zoho, etc.) to foster strong client relationships and optimize internal workflows for enhanced efficiency.

• Email Marketing Strategist: Develop and execute engaging email campaigns using marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, MailChimp) to educate leads and drive conversions.

• Marketing Automation Expert: Leverage automation tools (triggers, funnels) to streamline marketing processes, ensuring efficient campaign execution and lead nurturing.

• Social Media Manager: Manage and cultivate our social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and achieve marketing objectives.

• Google Ads Specialist: Craft and manage Google Ads campaigns, optimizing them for maximum reach and conversions, driving targeted traffic and qualified leads.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategist: Implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, backlinking) to enhance website search ranking and organic traffic generation.

• Marketing Data Analyst: Analyze data from diverse sources (Google Analytics, web traffic tools) to glean actionable insights, inform strategic decision-making, and measure marketing campaign performance.

• Content Marketing Specialist: Develop engaging content (webinars, blogs, podcasts) tailored for different platforms to attract, engage, and convert our target audience. (Bonus: Proficiency in WordPress content management)

• Visual Content Contributor (Optional): Contribute to crafting and maintaining a strong brand identity by creating compelling visual content (logos, social media posts, infographics) in line with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing or related field 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a focus on multiple channels.

• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM.

• Impeccable organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
