About the role :

In this pivotal role, you will be the guiding force behind transforming resumes and profiles into works of art by:

• Resume and Video Resume Magic: Crafting visually striking tailores resumes and captivating Loom video profiles that showcase skills, achievements, and personality, while coaching associates to create professional, engaging content.

• Bridge Builder Between Clients and Trainees: Serve as the vital link by effectively communicating client expectations, delivering expert interview prep sessions, and collaborating across departments to exceed client needs.

• Trainee Development Maestro: Conduct bi-weekly coaching sessions to deliver actionable insights, curate a resource library of templates and tools to empower trainees in client-facing roles, lead daily progress meetings to tackle challenges and brainstorm solutions, and host offboarding sessions to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Expertise in resume building with a keen eye for formatting and design.

• Proficiency in video resume creation using tools like Loom, coupled with storytelling finesse.

• Exceptional communication skills to connect with trainees and clients.

• Tech-savviness and adaptability to learn and leverage new tools quickly.

• Personality Traits: A self-driven, organized problem-solver who thrives on innovation, crafts unique solutions, and embraces feedback with a growth-oriented mindset.
