About the role :

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of client retention. You'll manage key accounts, build relationships, and ensure client success through personalised account management and data-driven optimization by:

Retention Strategy Specialist: Develop & implement plans to minimize churn & build long-term client relationships.
Customized Account Planning: Partner with clients to define goals & craft personalised plans for business growth.
Client Satisfaction Advocate: Prioritize exceeding expectations, proactively address concerns, & deliver exceptional service.
Solution Architect: Identify client pain points, develop customized solutions, & foster ongoing value creation.
Trusted Client Advisor: Build strong relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, & advocate for client success.
Account Growth Strategist: Proactively identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value & drive account growth.
Dedicated Client Success Specialist: Provide ongoing support, ensure clients have the resources needed to succeed, & foster a successful partnership.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze client data & feedback to identify trends, optimize strategies, & inform future planning for improved retention.
Reporting & Measurement Expert: Develop & maintain reports to track client activity, measure retention strategy effectiveness, & guide future decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years experience in managing key accounts
In depth knowledge and understanding of marketing agencies and their operational dynamics.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and project management methodologies.

We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to join us as our future Account Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, responsible for fostering and expanding client relationships. Your role involves ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided, leveraging your excellent communication skills and in-depth understanding of their business to identify and fulfill their needs, thereby bridging the gap between their objectives and our services. Your Quest:

Craft and maintain enchanting relationships with assigned clients.
Be the magical point of contact, understanding their dreams and challenges.
Send regular communications with updates on projects or service enhancements.
Collaborate on magical account plans aligned with their business dreams.
Seek opportunities to sprinkle in extra magic (upselling or cross-selling).

Your Toolkit:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Repstack’s Pay Structure:

Here is a sneak peek of the basic pay scale and bonuses that Repstack offers to its Associates.

Competitive Basic Salary:
You will receive a competitive basic salary, tailored to your unique experience and expertise, with the potential to reach up to 100k.

Client Assignment Bonus:
Earn a client assignment bonus of 15k once you are successfully onboarded with a client.

Client Retention Bonus:
Seal the deal by retaining a client for 3 months, and you'll receive an additional 10,000 in your pocket. Moreover, enjoy regular bumps in your retention bonus every 6 months thereafter.
